Professor Tim Lang – public lecture on food in a post-Brexit Britain
On the 8th of January 2019 Professor Tim Lang, one of the authors of the recent Eat-Lancet Report, gave a lecture to CAT graduate students exploring the dynamics of our food system, the different influences that act upon it, and the links between food, health, environment, culture and the political economy.
