Join a guided woodland tour along CAT’s Quarry Trail and discover the flora and fauna of this unique site while enjoying stunning views across the Dyfi Valley and into Snowdonia.

Once a barren disused slate quarry, CAT’s varied natural and managed habitats are now a thriving haven for wildlife.

The Quarry Trail walk is relatively steep and uneven in places so a reasonable level of fitness is required and appropriate footwear is recommended.

Should there be any accessibility requirements on the day, the guide will opt for an alternative, flatter route through CAT’s visitor centre. Please let the guide know at the beginning if this walk would suit you better.
