Public Graduate School lecture: Jean Boulton

Home » Public Graduate School lecture: Jean Boulton

Join CAT students for a free lecture on ‘Thinking Big but Acting Small’, where Jean Boulton will explore how we can create local resilience. Runs Tuesday 7 January at 7pm.

We are delighted to welcome Jean Boulton during our postgraduate teaching week for the module ‘Theories of Social and System Change’, which can also be taken as a short course.

In this lecture and Q&A, Jean will reflect on how our communities are impacted by global shifts and catastrophes, by national public policy, and on what we do locally. She asks, “How do we work to create local resilience whilst taking into account these wider factors, and how does the science of complexity help us in our considerations?”
