We look forward to welcoming you to our next Graduation Ceremony on Saturday 19 July 2025. Book your on-site or online place for the ceremony, invite your guests to book, and book your on-site accommodation at CAT for the evening.
Due to the number of graduates who have completed their studies recently, this year we will be holding two ceremonies.
You will be invited to join us on-site from 2pm and check into accommodation before the ceremonies begin. Free tea and coffee will be available on arrival with further cold drinks, snacks and other hot drinks available to purchase in the cafe until 4pm.
We will then livestream the ceremonies from the Sheppard Theatre at CAT for those joining online and watching elsewhere on-site. Breakout rooms will open before and after the ceremony for you and your guests to use. Following the ceremony guests and graduates on-site will be welcome to join us for a free vegetarian buffet meal and live entertainment. Graduands will be sent a more detailed programme of the event closer to the day so keep your eye on emails for this.
There is a limit of 2 free guests per graduand due to the capacity of the Sheppard Theatre. Please book these using the form below.
You are more than welcome to invite more guests to watch the ceremony online, by using the form below so they can receive the link to join online. If you do wish to invite and pay for further guests to attend the celebration on-site you can book here although these guests will be unable to join you in the Sheppard Theatre and will watch via live stream elsewhere on-site. On-site accommodation spaces are limited too so we recommend you book this and your Graduation ceremony places early.
