Sonia Nabila Klein is a sustainability expert with extensive international experience, specializing in low-carbon construction solutions and environmental innovation.
Currently, Sonia leads the Industrial Hemp Innovation Hub at AberInnovations and supports policy development through her role with the APPG on Industrial Hemp. Inspired by her studies in Green Building at CAT, Sonia is dedicated to pioneering locally sourced, low-carbon materials within the global construction industry. Her doctoral research specifically explores the potential of hempcrete to stimulate sustainable circular economies and foster innovative industrial growth.
Combining her campaigning background, academic expertise, and commercial relationships, Sonia is committed to developing practical, economically viable solutions for environmental stewardship and sustainable development.
