Sian is an expert in transnational education, specialising in vocational and higher education partnerships and projects. She has extensive experience in senior leadership roles within international vocational and higher education pathways, qualification awarding bodies and charitable organisations.
Sian advises public and private sector stakeholders on innovative education solutions, policy development, partnerships, and programme creation to meet the rapidly changing skills demand, with a focus on transformative ‘future skills’ in the green and digital sectors.
Sian holds an MA in Development Education from UCL and has a background in teaching, quality oversight and leadership. Her key skills include programme development, quality improvement, capacity building, revenue generation, and governance, with a particular emphasis on integrating sustainability and entrepreneurship skills into education.
