Ben Summers

As a software developer and entrepreneur, Ben founded a company which built university research administration software for academics and graduate schools.

Since the company was acquired, he now works with organisations that have an environmental and social purpose. He is a board member of the Welsh Government’s Centre for Digital Public Services.

He first visited CAT for a short course while undertaking an eco-refurbishment project, and was impressed by the practical solutions CAT offers for tackling the climate emergency.

Ben lives in Wales with his wife and daughter, near the Pembrokeshire coast.
