The Centre for Alternative Technology will be welcoming dogs to the eco centre from 1st April.
Taking your four legged friends away on holiday is one of the joys of having a dog but finding places to take the whole family can be tricky. With acres of displays, gardens and woodlands, the Centre for Alternative Technology offers the perfect dog walk with a difference, not to mention a fun day out for the kids and adults alike.
Dogs love a walk in the woods and so do we. CAT’s Quarry Trail takes you up into the hills above the centre to open up stunning views of the Dulas Valley. It’s a well maintained path and not too long so it’s great for people of varied ability. The woodlands are full of exciting sights and smells with seven different habitat types in one small area so your keen eyed companions must be kept on a close lead!
Dogs are welcome for free and you’ll be provided with a biodegradable poo bag upon arrival.
