Our CAT Strategy Survey is now closed. We’ll have more ways for you to input your ideas and give feedback soon.

We are reviewing our five year strategy and really want your input.

We believe that to meet the climate challenge head on, we all need to work together to co-create the changes we want to see. As a result, gaining input from everyone from our members and students to CAT staff, course participants and our local community is extremely important for defining the direction of CAT’s future.

This survey is designed to review our Strategic Framework. The Strategic Framework is the part of the strategy that defines our Vision, Mission and Values. This  is really the part of the process that defines our identity as an organisation (more information below).

Following this part of the process we’ll be exploring strategic priorities for the coming period and would love input from you then too!

In case of confusion – CAT’s planned significant development project (which is still finalising funding) is not something that defines CAT’s strategy but exists to deliver on our strategy and increase our capacity to meet the challenges of the climate and biodiversity emergency.

Thank you for your input!
