The CAT Board of Trustees is seeking expressions of interest in becoming a trustee from people with an understanding of the Welsh political and economic landscape and/or finance or accounting experience.
The Centre for Alternative Technology (CAT) is an internationally renowned environmental charity, a world-leading eco centre, and one of the foremost providers of postgraduate environmental education in the UK, based near Machynlleth in Mid Wales.
Our Trustees provide vital strategic oversight of our work, which has never been more important than at this time of urgent need to provide solutions to the climate and biodiversity emergency.
The Board is seeking expressions of interest in becoming a CAT Trustee from people with experience of accounting and the Welsh political landscape. Welsh language speakers are highly desirable.
We would especially welcome expressions of interest from younger applicants, Welsh speakers, and people from minority ethnic backgrounds.
