Sofie Lansdown

Sofie gained a degree in Psychology and an MSc in Research Methods in Psychology from Swansea University.

Throughout her career, Sofie has been passionate about working to create a positive difference – whether that be through her years as a support worker for an autism charity, or as a training and office administrator within the same charity, where she was key in the co-development and maintenance of learning and development systems for both their local and national teams. Her focus as an administrator is to develop processes which are both efficient and work well for everybody who uses them.

Sofie has a strong interest in sustainable living and permaculture, and how they can help to restore and safeguard our natural world. Outside of work, she is an avid board gamer and food grower.
