Refunds of donations (including regular support and membership)

The Centre for Alternative Technology is committed to meeting the requirements of the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice. This sets the standards that apply to fundraising carried out by all charitable institutions and third party fundraisers in the UK.

In accordance with section 2.3. (Accepting, refusing and returning donations), the charity must not return donations, except in exceptional circumstances.

If we have made a mistake or there has been a technical problem, such as duplicate charges on your credit card statement, please contact us to request a refund.

We are not normally able to refund donations (including regular support and membership) in other circumstances.
