Student Study Retreat

Opportunities to stay at CAT for a study retreat throughout the academic year.

Come and take advantage of the beautiful surroundings at CAT, the CAT library and collection of previous dissertations, dedicated study rooms booked for the retreat, and most of all the company of your fellow students.

The retreat is aimed primarily at those working on their dissertations; however, it is open to all students! An opportunity to dedicate some time to…

• Reading for your literature review
• Getting your head down with writing
• Job applications
• Sharing ideas and experiences with other students

… or anything else you would like to work on! The retreat will be light-touch in terms of teaching staff, it is really a chance to organize some self-directed study.

Accommodation and meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in WISE will be available to book at the student rate, dates available below. You can book for as many days as you would like. Please send any questions to study.retreats@cat.org.uk

Note: At present, there are no self-catering facilities available on-site. Therefore, if you are staying on-site for the retreat, it is expected that you will be having meals with us, so please do book accordingly. This contributes to the retreat experience and also helps to support our cafe.
