Join CAT students for a free lecture by Jean Boulton titled ‘The times they are a changing: finding the path towards a just, resilient future.’ Runs Wednesday 7 January at 7pm.
We are delighted to welcome Jean Boulton during our postgraduate teaching week for the ‘Theories of Social and System Change’ module.
In this lecture and Q&A, Jean will reflect on the notion that our communities are impacted by global shifts and catastrophes as well as what we do regionally and locally. She asks, “How do we work to create local resilience whilst taking into account these wider factors? “How do we decide how to act in the face of increasing fragility and polarisation – and how does the science of complexity help us in our considerations?”
